Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of classic and signature cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Deliver friendly, attentive, and personalized service to all guests seated at the bar and lounge area.

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout the shift.

Recommend drink pairings that complement our Italian dishes.

Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service at all times.

Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Operate the POS system accurately for orders and payments.

Assist with inventory checks and restocking bar supplies as needed.

Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth and timely service.

Stay up to date with seasonal menu changes and new drink recipes
