Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations across multiple branches. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in Asian, Italian, and Arabic cuisines, with the ability to manage and lead kitchen teams, standardize recipes, and ensure the highest levels of food quality, safety, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the culinary operations across all concepts and branches.
Create and standardize recipes and portion sizes.
Oversee daily kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, presentation, and cleanliness.
Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff across multiple locations.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
Monitor food costs, control inventory, and ensure efficient kitchen budgeting.
Coordinate with purchasing to ensure timely supply of fresh ingredients.
Innovate and update menus in line with current food trends and customer preferences.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Conduct regular kitchen audits to ensure SOPs are followed.
Work closely with restaurant managers and operations team to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef, preferably in a multi-concept, multi-branch operation.
Expertise in Asian, Italian, and Arabic cuisine is essential.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Deep understanding of kitchen operations, food costing, and quality control.
Passionate about food and innovation with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple teams.
Must be based in Lebanon and available to join immediately.
Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
