Marketing executive - ERP

Job Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Executive with at least 2 years of experience in B2B marketing—preferably within the ERP software or enterprise technology sector. This role blends strategic thinking with content development to support the growth of our ERP solutions. You’ll contribute to marketing plans, create compelling content tailored to decision-makers, and support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.



Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning

• Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote ERP products and services.

• Contribute to the creation and execution of quarterly marketing plans aligned with sales goals.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support product positioning and messaging.

• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with pipeline goals.



Content Creation & Campaign Execution

• Write and design content tailored for ERP industry stakeholders, such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, product datasheets, and LinkedIn posts.

• Build content for marketing campaigns targeting CFOs, COOs, IT Managers, and other ERP buyers.

• Coordinate email marketing campaigns using automation tools like HubSpot or Mailchimp.

• Create landing pages and website content that reflect ERP use cases and customer success stories.



Digital & Social Media Marketing

• Manage company presence across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, focusing on thought leadership and lead nurturing.

• Create social content calendars, visuals (using Canva or Adobe Suite), and monitor engagement.

• Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights) to measure content performance and adjust strategy accordingly.



Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with sales, product, and implementation teams to extract customer insights and technical knowledge for content creation.

• Support webinars, virtual events, and product launches.

• Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, or agencies as needed.



Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or ERP software.

• Solid understanding of ERP concepts and buyer personas in industries like distribution, retail, or manufacturing.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong skills in content creation, storytelling, and campaign planning.

• Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Dynamics 365 Marketing, Mailchimp, WordPress).

• Analytical mindset and ability to use data to guide decisions.



Nice to Have:

• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP platforms.

• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.

• Basic graphic design or video editing skills.

• Fluency in more than one language (especially Arabic or French if operating in MENA markets).
