Key Responsibilities
• Campaign Development & Execution
o Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
o Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key KPIs, providing actionable insights for optimization.
• Digital Marketing
o Manage digital channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
o Optimize website content and landing pages for improved performance and user experience.
• Content & Communications
o Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop compelling marketing materials such as blog posts, newsletters, brochures, and ad creatives.
o Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels.
• Market & Competitor Analysis
o Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
o Use data and insights to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
o Coordinate with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
o Support events, webinars, and partnerships to drive brand visibility and engagement.

Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and campaign management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Preferred:
o Experience working in a forex brokerage, or fintech company.
o Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in financial marketing.
o Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
