Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Development & Execution
- Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key KPIs, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Digital Marketing
- Manage digital channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Optimize website content and landing pages for improved performance and user experience.
- Content & Communications
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop compelling marketing materials such as blog posts, newsletters, brochures, and ad creatives.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels.
- Market & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Use data and insights to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and campaign management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a forex brokerage, or fintech company.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in financial marketing.
