Senior Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, hands-on experience in digital marketing, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Development & Execution
  • Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key KPIs, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Digital Marketing
  • Manage digital channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Optimize website content and landing pages for improved performance and user experience.
  • Content & Communications
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop compelling marketing materials such as blog posts, newsletters, brochures, and ad creatives.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Use data and insights to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Support events, webinars, and partnerships to drive brand visibility and engagement.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and campaign management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a forex brokerage, or fintech company.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in financial marketing.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
