Job Overview:


We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, brand positioning, and digital content creation. You will help shape and execute marketing strategies, contribute to campaign planning, and produce high-quality content that drives engagement and growth.


Key Responsibilities:


Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaign plans.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform positioning and messaging.
• Support brand initiatives and ensure consistency across all marketing efforts.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies based on analytics.


Content Creation
• Develop compelling content across channels: blogs, social media, email, web, and video.
• Collaborate with designers, product teams, and sales to craft content that supports key goals.
• Write copy for landing pages, newsletters, product descriptions, and campaign assets.
• Schedule and manage posts using content calendars and publishing tools.


Campaign Management
• Help plan and run multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, PPC, influencer, etc.).
• Track performance and ROI using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and influencers as needed.


Digital & Social Media
• Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Analyze engagement data and optimize content based on performance.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.





Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong grasp of marketing strategy and content planning.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or similar.
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and digital trends is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.





Preferred:
• Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing.
• Basic video editing or design skills.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress.
