Responsibilities

????️ Sales & Membership Growth
Actively promote and sell gym memberships, personal training packages, and other fitness services.

Handle inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, and social media messages) and convert leads into members.

Conduct gym tours and consultations to showcase FitLife’s facilities and offerings.

Follow up with potential clients and expired members to encourage sign-ups and renewals.


???? Customer Service & Retention
Greet members with enthusiasm and ensure they feel welcomed.

Assist members with questions about their memberships, billing, and services.

Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Encourage member engagement by promoting classes, challenges, and special events.

Assist with POS transactions for gym-related purchases (merchandise, drinks, supplements).

Support gym management in operational tasks and ensure policies are followed.

Requirements
✅ Experience in sales, customer service, or front desk roles (preferably in fitness, hospitality, or retail).
✅ Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
✅ Strong ability to build relationships and upsell services.
✅ Energetic, friendly, and passionate about health & fitness.
✅ Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of gym management software (or willingness to learn).
✅ Fluent in English and Arabic.
✅ Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
✅ Fitness background is a great advantage.
