An International Real Estate Sales Office is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant with 1-2 years of experience.

Manage daily administrative tasks, including:
- Assist Sales Teams by tracking leads, projects, deadlines and facilitating communication with clients.
- Answering phones and emails.
- Scheduling Meeting.
- Organizing documents and support files.
- Handle office expense reporting.

Experience & Skills:
- Very Good English Language
- Very Good knowledge in Ms. Office and Internet
- Previous experience in Real Estate is a definite Plus
