Admin assistant

A company in Beirut is looking for an Admin Assistant.
Main responsibilities
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Book travel arrangements (hotel rooms, taxis, couriers, restaurants, etc..)
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to superior / s
- Take dictation
- Research and create presentations
- Generate reports / create presentations
- Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff
- Book conference calls.
- Cover the reception desk when required
- Take minutes of meetings
- Coordinate office procedures
- Reply to email, telephone, or face-to-face inquiries
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
- Resolve administrative problems
