Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As Sous Chef at Revive, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Head Chef and overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring meals are prepared efficiently, consistently, and to the highest health and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in planning, prepping, and executing weekly menus.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure all food is prepared according to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen that meets food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Oversee inventory, including ordering and receiving ingredients, and minimizing food waste.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure meals are prepped in alignment with our health-focused, macro-balanced standards.
- Step into the Head Chef role when needed.

Skills
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role (experience in healthy cooking or meal prep is a plus).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
- Knowledge of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and nutritional standards.
- Culinary degree or formal training preferred but not required.
