B2B Sales Specialist / Outdoor Sales Specialist

Position Overview: As a B2B Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key business clients, including retailers, wholesalers, and corporate partners. Your primary goal will be to expand our market presence, increase sales revenue, and enhance client satisfaction through effective sales strategies and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential business clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B accounts, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, and analyze competitors.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of our watch products, including features, benefits, and industry trends, to effectively present and promote them to clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our products.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, handle objections, and close sales deals while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Order Management: Oversee the order process from initial contact to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of client orders.
  • Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, client feedback, and market conditions. Provide regular updates to management and suggest improvements based on findings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to client needs and market opportunities.


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the watch industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driving license in Kuwait
