  1. Telesales executives utilizes inbound and outbound telephone calls to existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase and achieve sales targets by selling of products or services through the telephone and accurately records and processes all details of customers’ purchases accordingly.
  2. Lead generation:

·        Telesales representatives play a vital role in generating promising leads for the sales team to pursue monthly and quarterly sales goals according to the company's revenue targets.
