Job Summary: The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, leading a sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The Sales Manager will also play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·        Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

·        Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.

·        Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the printing industry.

·        Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

·        Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

·        Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

·        Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales and promotional strategies.

·        Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

·        Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize sales outcomes.

·        Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the company’s products and services.

·        Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
