Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes locally and abroad, including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Process monthly payroll and related transactions accurately through the Oracle system, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Maintain and regularly update employee records, files, and HR databases (including Oracle and PeopleWise) to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Manage and reconcile HR petty cash, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with company financial policies.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team and respond to employee inquiries from all departments.
- Monitor and track HR inventory such as uniforms, ID cards, and office supplies to maintain adequate stock and avoid shortages.
- Assist in the coordination, participation, and documentation of CSR activities and community engagement programs.
- Support the preparation of sustainability reports and other internal HR reports in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions according to the approved training plan and liaise with training providers.
- Prepare and maintain employment records for events such as hiring, termination, leave, transfers, and promotions using HRMS systems.
- Ensure that all staff data and transactions are regularly updated on Oracle and manual systems (PeopleWise).
- Generate and submit monthly attendance reports for all departments and ensure accurate reflection of data.
- Provide guidance to department heads on the performance appraisal process and assist in using appraisal systems and forms.
- Liaise with the Insurance Department and relevant government bodies to manage employee medical claims and related matters.
- Support and comply with internal and external organizational audit processes as needed.
- Adhere to all UPAC policies and procedures, and ensure alignment with international QHSE standards including ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and Administration within Kuwait.
- Solid knowledge of the Kuwait Labour Law (2010) and related regulations.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in HRMS platforms, especially Oracle and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
