- Ensure compliance with international regulations related to shipping, import, and export procedures, with a focus on the requirements of the automotive spare parts sector.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and warehouse teams to efficiently fulfill international orders, particularly for automotive spare parts and steel pipes.
- Negotiate with suppliers and transport companies to secure the best prices and services, considering the needs of the spare parts market.
- Supervise storage and distribution operations to ensure product integrity and minimize waste, applying best practices for storing automotive spare parts to maintain their quality.
- Monitor updates in international trade regulations and adjust procedures accordingly, focusing on rules relevant to the automotive industry.
- Analyze market and sales data to identify new opportunities and enhance performance in the spare parts sector.
- Manage customer and supplier relationships to ensure continuous supply and customer satisfaction in target markets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.Minimum [5-7 years] of experience in export/shipping management (preferably in heavy industries or steel pipe manufacturing & automotive spare parts sector ).- In-depth knowledge of customs procedures and shipping documentation (bill of lading, certificates of origin, etc.).Proficiency in ERP systems and logistics management software.Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers and clients.Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
