Position Summary:
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Export Sales Specialist to join our commercial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the company’s international sales activities by identifying new export opportunities, developing relationships with overseas clients, and ensuring the smooth execution of export operations. This role requires strong sales acumen, knowledge of international trade regulations, and excellent communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas distributors, agents, and clients.
- Manage the end-to-end export sales process, including quotations, contracts, and order follow-up.
- Coordinate with logistics, production, and finance departments to ensure timely delivery and complete documentation.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with international clients.
- Ensure compliance with export laws, customs requirements, and international regulations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to support strategic planning.
- Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer visits when required.
- Prepare regular reports on export performance, sales forecasts, and market feedback.
- Use SAP system for managing sales orders and documentation accurately.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 3–6 years of experience in export sales, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing sectors.Excellent understanding of INCOTERMS, international logistics, and export documentation.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP is a must).Willing to travel internationally when needed.Residence in 10th of Ramadan City or nearby areas is preferred.
