Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, designers, and technical staff.
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance engineers to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all plant equipment.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance reviews, set KPIs, and ensure professional growth for team members.
- Compliance & Safety
- Make sure that the infrastructure and facilities comply with regulations of General Directorate of Civil Protection.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Promote a safety-first culture within the team.
- Project Management
- Oversee engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, QA, etc.) to align engineering efforts with business goals.
- Implement best practices in project management.
- Technical Oversight
- Review and approve engineering designs, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, CE, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert guidance.
- Budget & Resource Management
- Develop and manage the engineering department’s budget.
- Optimize resource allocation (personnel, tools, software, and equipment).
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and processes to improve efficiency.
- Strategy & Innovation
- Drive R&D initiatives to enhance product development and process improvements.
- Identify opportunities for automation, cost reduction, and sustainability.
- Stay updated on emerging engineering trends and industry advancements.

Education & ExperienceBachelor in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).8+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven track record in managing engineering projects and teams.Technical SkillsProficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.Experience with project management tools (MS Project).Soft SkillsExcellent leadership and team-building abilities.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Effective communication (written and verbal) for cross-department collaboration.Strategic thinking and business acumen.
