Technical Office Team Leader

  1. Lead, mentor, and develop the technical office team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  2. Assign tasks and manage workloads to ensure timely completion of projects.
  3. Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and production documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with design intent. 
  4. Collaborate with designers and engineers to resolve technical issues and optimize production processes.
  5. Coordinate with project managers to establish timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for furniture design and production projects.
  6. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
  7. Maintain organized records of technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, change orders, and compliance reports.
  8. Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  9. Implement quality control measures to ensure that all products meet company standards and client expectations.
  10. Conduct regular reviews of production processes and suggest improvements as needed.
  11. Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support during the bidding process and address client inquiries.
  12. Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the availability of materials and components required for production.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in furniture design and production.
  14. Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.

University degree in applied arts, furniture design, or a related field.9-10 years of experience in furniture manufacturing is a must.Excellent in English.Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SketchUp) and other design tools.Strong understanding of furniture production processes, materials, and engineering principles.
