Drawings and Documentation:
Prepare and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings.
Ensure all technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with project specifications and codes.
Submit and track approvals of drawings and materials with consultants/clients.
Project Coordination:
Liaise between site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
Attend project meetings to report on progress, challenges, and technical requirements.
Coordinate with procurement and planning departments to align technical needs with timelines and budgets.
Material Submittals & Specifications:
Prepare material submittals and ensure materials comply with project specifications.
Track material approvals and delivery schedules.
Quantity Surveying:
Assist in quantity take-offs and bill of quantities (BOQs) preparation.
Support cost control efforts by verifying quantities and tracking variations.
Planning & Scheduling Support:
Provide input for project schedules and resource planning.
Assist in preparing project reports and documentation for stakeholders.
Quality & Compliance:
Ensure all work complies with local codes, standards, and contract requirements.
Review method statements and inspection/test plans.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.3+ years of experience in a technical office or construction engineering role.Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software (Primavera, MS Project is a plus).Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and codes.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
