We are looking for a proactive and driven Pre-Sales & PR Specialist to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to manage and enhance the pre-sales process, ensuring a seamless transition from initial client contact to deal closure. Additionally, the role involves building and maintaining strong public relations to support the company's brand and reputation.

- Pre-Sales Management: • Engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions. • Facilitate the pre-sales process, including product demonstrations, proposal preparation, and addressing client queries. • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads and assist in closing deals. • Participate in client meetings and presentations to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the technical and business aspects. • Coordinate with technical teams to finalize solutions and prepare for contract signing.- Public Relations (PR): • Develop and maintain a positive public image for the company through strategic communication and relationship-building. • Organize events, press releases, and public appearances to enhance brand visibility and reputation. • Collaborate with marketing to align PR activities with overall company goals.
