Business Development Executive

For a fast growing company in Hi-Tech working in Sports industry, we are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to assume following responsibilities:

  • Identify and map sports courts across Egypt, including public and private venues.
  • Gather key details such as location, pricing, ownership, capacity, and facilities available.
  • Maintain and update a structured database of sports courts with accurate information.
  • Reach out to sports facility owners, managers, and decision-makers to introduce our product.
  • Pitch, negotiate, and close deals with sports courts to integrate our solution.
  • Establish long-term partnerships by demonstrating the value of our product and services.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies to meet targets and expand our partner network.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with court owners to ensure continued collaboration.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to optimize their use of our product.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business offerings and grow revenue streams.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to align strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on progress, market insights, and partnership performance.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance our product’s appeal to sports courts.

1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably in sports, hospitality, or tech-related sectors).Strong negotiation and deal-making skills with a proven track record of closing partnerships.Self-starter with excellent market research and database-building abilities.Ability to communicate and present persuasively to different stakeholders.Passion for sports and knowledge of the Egyptian sports landscape is a plus.Willingness to travel within Egypt to visit and onboard sports courts.Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
