Content Creator – Dermatology & Wellness Clinics
- Responsibilities:
Personal Branding
- Showcase each doctor's personality through behind-the-scenes content, interviews, or day-in-the-life posts.
- Develop a unique tone for each account while maintaining professionalism and consistency with the clinic’s overall brand.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track metrics like follower growth, engagement rate, reach, and website click.
- Prepare monthly reports summarizing performance and insights for each account.
- Adjust strategies based on data to improve results.
Collaboration
- Work closely with doctors to understand their goals, preferred communication style, and areas of expertise.
- Coordinate with photographers/videographers for professional content shoots.
- Collaborate with the clinic’s management or marketing team to align campaigns and updates.
Content Creation Strategy, Planning and Optimization
- Develop Content Themes: Tailor content to each doctor's specialty, personality, and target audience.
- Create Content Calendars: Plan monthly/quarterly schedules that align with promotions, trends, and key dates like health awareness months.
- Set Goals: Define measurable goals (e.g., increased followers, engagement rate, or appointment bookings).
- Content Visual Content: Work with creative team to design engaging graphics, reels, photos, and videos that highlight each doctor’s expertise.
- Educational Content: Post tips, FAQs, case studies, and insights tailored to each doctor's field
- Testimonial Content: Share Customer success stories with consent, emphasizing authenticity.
- Interactive stories: Use polls, quizzes, Q&A to engage audiences.
- Repurpose long-form content (e.g., blog posts or webinars) into shorter posts, reels, or carousels
- Test different formats to identify what works best for each audience segment.
2. Job RequirementsUp-to-date for Dermatology field trends: A solid understanding and experience in the dermatology field is highly prioritized and essential.High preference of Medical degree: Pharmaceutical, Medicine, Science.Exceptional Leadership skills: Past Experience in Leading and Engaging to marketing department: including media engagement, including working with Media Buying, graphic design, content creation, and art direction. Excellent Presentation Skills: Must have excellent presentation skills.Very good in English Speaking and writing: Proficient in English with strong vocabulary, especially in dermatology-related terms.Onsite Work and fulltime commitment with a possibility of flexible working days upon probation period completion
