• Collect and organize trade marketing activities from cross-functional teams.
• Consolidate data for activity alignment meetings and monthly reviews.
• Prepare and analyze monthly sales reports to monitor performance and recommend optimizations.
• Ensure all trade activities are accurately loaded in the system and aligned with sales team timelines.
• Work closely with sales, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of trade plans.
• Maintain and update trackers and dashboards using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Support the development of trade presentations and reporting tools.


• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) and PowerPoint.• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from sales data.• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
