Vacancy: Logistics specialist

Location: 10th of Ramadan - Egypt

Job Description

- Handling the customers’ inquiries and order fulfillment ensuring goods will be delivered at right time and cost.

- Issuing miscellaneous documents (RFQ, SDF, OC, Quotes, PO, DN, Invoice, Packing list)

- Arrange global booking and pick-up procedures with 3PL and follow-up shipments till delivery.

- Review shipping documents assuring it matching with requirements and send its draft to customers then the originals.

- Sort out the customer complaints till resolution and set the preventive actions.

- Handle import operations to Egypt.

- Generate ACID and follow up electronic procedures, documentation, governmental approvals and clearance.

- Optimize the shipping cost by getting the best rates and awareness of Gulf / North Africa importing regulations.

- Follow-up stockholders payables and receivables regarding the cross-business orders.

- Maintain the full order data on the system and in Cloud-based.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor Degree (Preferred in Logistics or Commerce English Section)

- 4:6 years of experience in a relevant position.

- Acquaint with Incoterms, NAFEZA system, and Egyptian Customs processes/Regulations 

- Good command of MS Office and internet applications

- Excellent command of English

- Experienced in dealing with Europe, North Africa and Gulf customs is high preferred.

- Experienced in spare parts and raw material import and export is high preferred. 

- Experienced in Odoo is advantage.
