1- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures in accordance with approved standards.
2- Conduct regular internal audits on processes and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, GMP, etc.).
3- Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet technical specifications and approved standards.
4- Monitor production processes to identify deviations and propose and implement appropriate corrective actions.
5- Coordinate with various departments (Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, HSE) to ensure effective implementation of quality requirements.
6- Analyze product quality data and extract key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing reports with improvement recommendations.
7- Contribute to continuous improvement projects, waste reduction, and enhancement of production efficiency.
8- Follow up on the implementation of corrective and preventive actions resulting from audits or non-conformance reports (NCRs).
9- Ensure the accuracy and updating of all quality documents (Standard Operating Procedures - SOPs, work instructions, inspection reports, etc.).
10- Ensure availability of measurement and calibration tools, and coordinate their regular inspection and maintenance.
11- Prepare comprehensive periodic reports on overall quality performance for presentation to senior management.
12- Other Tasks Related to the Quality Department.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical,or relevant field).- At least 1 year of experience in quality assurance and/or control.- Familiarity with ISO standards and GMP practices.- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.- Good knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving methodologies.- Proficient in MS Office and preferably ERP systems.- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
