Export Sales Executive

  • Build new leads and collect customers' data to prepare a database to be able to expand in the marble market in Europe and Africa and Open new markets. Identify new business opportunities by tapping potential customers from different countries.
  • Contact customers professionally discussing / explaining our products and our service in the field of marble and granite aiming to obtain new orders.
  • Committed to the Marketing Strategy that has been approved by the Management.
  • Achieve the assigned target as per our agreement.
  • Follow up with the clients and update them on all the needed information.
  • Negotiate and discuss product quality, production time, prices, delivery, and payment terms and conditions.
  • Ability to have phone calls if needed and respond immediately to all emails or any other social platform such as (Facebook, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn) messages professionally based on the agreed scenario.
  • Follow up customer complaints and recommend solutions to get customer satisfaction.
  • Building Key accounts and customers relationship to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports to be ready for the monthly / quarterly meetings with the Management for discussions.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related fieldFluent in German / French or Russian Language is preferred.Good command of English language. Total awareness of using Microsoft Excel, word and outlook.Formal email writing.Ability to travel as per work needs.Active, Ambitious, working hard & persistent.
