- CMMS System Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for the electrical department.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze CMMS data to identify trends, optimize maintenance schedules, and improve overall equipment reliability.
- Set the periodical mechanical maintenance plans and follow up the implementation and make plans.
- Follow up the repair of the problems at the factory and make analysis for each problem.
- Control spare parts inventory level and secure 100% of Min-Max system implementation
- Prepare and audit the daily and weekly reports.
- Prepares the annual maintenance plan in coordination with the direct manager.
- Follow up the needs of the maintenance staff and explain for them the work requirements.
- Arrange schedule maintenance shutdowns in coordination with other departments.
- Prepare annual reports of the evaluation and analysis of the performance and efficiency of the maintenance staff.
- Participate in the periodical meetings to coordinate the maintenance work with all the departments.
- Improve all staff skills and experiences via (training – instructions).
- Make the primary annual budget of the department in coordination with the Maintenance Manager.
- Coordinate with technicians, engineers, and other personnel to ensure that all necessary resources, including parts and tools, are available.
- Create and manage preventive maintenance programs to reduce unexpected breakdowns.
- Utilize predictive maintenance techniques, such as condition monitoring, to anticipate and address potential issues before they become major problems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inspections.
- Generate reports on maintenance performance, equipment status, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and enforce safety procedures to protect personnel and equipment.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and equipment reliability.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Utilizing company systems to ensure and facilitate maintenance plans and RCA.
B.Sc. in Mechanical/Electrical Power Engineering.From 2-5 years of experience in a production environment.Very Good written and spoken English and the ability to communicate effectively.Strong MS skills.
