Key Responsibilities:

- Communication Handling: Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
- Office Coordination: Monitor office supplies, place orders, and oversee equipment maintenance.
- Data Management: Perform accurate data entry while maintaining confidentiality.
- Project Support: Assist in administrative tasks for various projects, collaborating with team members as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:Experience: 1-3 years in administrative or office support roles.Language Skills: Strong English proficiency (written and verbal).Professionalism: Presentable, punctual, and professional demeanor.Organizational Abilities: Strong multitasking and time-management skills.Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
