- Build up and maintain good relationships with customers, agents, and distributors
- Prepare the sales forecast and budget for the region.
- Regular travel and visits to VOLVO/ Bus and Minibus distributors and customers to check their needs and comments to develop and boost our sales.
- Manage different studies such as market analysis, pricing, and competitors’ market share to evaluate our position in the region.
- Monitor the processing of orders and check that the distribution is running smoothly and that everything is on schedule.
- Identify, evaluate distributors and aftersales point in Export territory.
- Recognize and address customer requirements, maintaining effective communication with the team.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Business is Preferred Fluent English SpeakerFrench is a MUSTExcellent in Communication & Negotiation Skills
