Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement compensation and benefits policies and plans.
- Prepare the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget
- Coordinate compensation and benefits processes like the salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc.
- Manage, lead and develop compensation and benefits Analysis.
- Compare benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analyses.
- Evaluate every position and determine the proper market value for that job. do this through salary surveys and statistical analysis to determine what the market value is for each job.
- Conduct salary scale and labor market research to define benchmarks.
- Develop, review, and implement benefits programs (insurance, allowances, retirement plans, etc.).
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs.
QualificationsBachelor's in Commerce or related disciplines.HR Diploma.8 : 10 years of experience in the same role with exposure over planning and development activities.Knows about:The Egyptian labor law and income tax laws.Latest trends and best practices in total reward management.Egyptian market situation and compensation trends.Grading methodologies and salary structuring techniques.Skilled at:MS Office (MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)Emotional IntelligencePlanning and OrganizationCommunication SkillsNegotiation SkillsProblem Solving SkillsAnalysis and Reporting Skills
