- Develop, configure, and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system functionalities.
- Integrate ERP and CRM systems with other internal applications and third-party platforms.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
- Ensure data accuracy, system security, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, customizations, and workflows.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and testing activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Strong knowledge of system integration tools, APIs, and data migration.Proficiency in SQL, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and relevant scripting languages.Experience with Oracle Fusion or E-Business Suite is a plus.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Certifications:Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Dynamics 365 certifications.Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) in relevant ERP modules.
