Packhouse Manager - Citrus Export Packhouses

  • Sets the station's labor plan according to the operation and export plan to ensure sufficient manpower when needed.
  • He manages the station's daily operations and the personnel to sort, pack, and ship the products according to the specified specifications.
  • It manages the auxiliary operations and ensures their optimal operation (such as storage, quality, maintenance, etc.)
  • He plans for the station's needs of tools and supplies according to the production plan and the export plan and makes requests to purchase them at the specified time for use.
  • Implementation of occupational quality and safety requirements and all systems in the sorting and packing station and ensures the commitment of all employees to apply the occupational health and safety system to prevent injuries and accidents.
  • It provides the requirements for implementing the safety system inside the station for workers, by coordinating with the Quality Department and submitting requests for needs for approval.
  • Holds performance appraisal sessions for his direct subordinates and reviews their appraisals of their subordinates on time and makes sure that the performance appraisal process is done on time, efficiently, and objectively.
  • Recommends the training needs of his team and follows up on the training plan set for the development of all management personnel.

University degree, preferably a Bachelor of Science or Agriculture.Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Excel), Good level of English.From 10 - 15 years of work experience, preferably 5 years in the same position.Previous work in a fruit filling station, especially citrus, is required.
