- Design data sheets of instruments, Instrument Specifications, and bills of Material (BOM)
- Cables, conduits, and tray routing diagrams, JB wiring, and layouts.
- Control Panel Wiring Diagrams and General Arrangement Drawings.
- Control systems design: DCS, PLC, RTU, and SCADA.
- Emergency Shutdown (ESD) System Design.
- Fire & Gas (F&G) System Design.
- Pipeline Automation System Design.
- Custody Transfer and Storage Terminal Automation System Design.
- Working with I&C design standards, like ISA, IEC, BS, NEC, ANSI, NEMA, etc.
- Review & approval of vendor's drawings & documents.
- Preparing I&C systems cost estimation for company proposals.
- Automation of EPC project planning and cost control.
- HAZOP and SIL assessment studies participation.
- Participation in pre-commissioning, commissioning, & start-up.
- Programming: C++, Embedded C, and Assembly
- Embedded systems design: Atmel-AVR-based systems.
- Robotic design hands-on experience.
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems design.
- Engineering Software: Matlab, Labview, Autodesk Inventor, and AutoCAD.
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics, industrial automation, or a related field.Proven experience in managing electrical and instrumentation systems.Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical and automation systems.Leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a technical team effectively.Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office applications.
