1. Review periodical tax reconciliation with tax authority.
2. Review employees’ under-payments and to be settled on time
3. Coordinate with all the functions to ensure the completeness of the period related expenses and related accruals, prepayments, provisions, other debit & credit balances.
4. Responsible for lease accounts
5. Responsible for Reconcile Accounts
6. ensure that all entries are accurate and that transactions are reported in accordance with accounting standards and government regulations. When they find errors, they make changes as necessary.
7. Review all accounting transactions and assure all entries are recorded correctly based on required approval, POs, allocated cost centers and GL accounts.
8. Coordinate the period closing activities to ensure timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and analytical reports.
9. Coordinate with all the functions to ensure the completeness of the period related expenses and related accruals, prepayments, provisions, other debit & credit balances.
10. Analyze the accounts ageing and ensure the balances are appropriately maintained by each period’s closing.
11. Maintain proper accounting of the export sales and receivables, and analyzes the AR ageing of the export customers while developing and follow up with collaboration with the export commercial team on the action plans to resolve the issues with the export clients.
12. Maintain appropriate intercompany balances through performing the monthly reconciliation between the group’s entities and analyze the nature of the related balances.
13. Provide the necessary samples & analysis required during the quarters & year-end external audits.
14. Responsible of the development of and adherence with the GL and Reporting policies and procedures.
15. Coaching and developing the GL accounting team.
16. Ensure that employee is working according to the company HSE policies and regulations, and fully aware of his job risk assessment and environmental aspects.
