Position Overview:
The Growth Marketing Manager at Pyramakerz Technologies and its Subsidiaries is responsible for developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth. This role requires a data-driven, experimentation-focused mindset, leveraging digital channels, performance marketing, and automation to accelerate growth.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, customer-obsessed, and skilled at scaling marketing efforts through growth hacking techniques, content marketing, paid advertising, and conversion optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Growth Strategy & Performance Marketing
- Develop and execute a scalable growth marketing strategy focused on increasing brand reach, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Optimize marketing funnels to maximize ROI.
- Use A/B testing, customer segmentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve marketing performance.
- Oversee and scale paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), ensuring efficient customer acquisition costs (CAC).
2. Digital Marketing & Demand Generation
- Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, SEO, and email marketing.
- Drive lead generation and customer engagement through content marketing, educational webinars, and partnerships.
- Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic visibility and drive inbound traffic.
- Build and optimize email automation and lifecycle marketing strategies to improve customer retention.
3. Data-Driven Growth & Experimentation
- Leverage marketing analytics, customer insights, and behavioral data to guide decision-making.
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (LTV), churn rate, and conversion rates.
- Continuously test and iterate on marketing strategies to maximize scalability and efficiency.
- Use heatmaps, user tracking, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, HubSpot, etc.) to optimize website and campaign performance.
4. Brand Awareness & Positioning
- Develop and maintain a strong, innovative brand identity aligned with Pyramakerz Technologies’ vision.
- Establish Pyramakerz as a thought leader in the EdTech and STEM education industry through high-impact branding initiatives.
- Plan and execute brand storytelling, influencer partnerships, and community engagement strategies.
5. Team Leadership & Cross-Department Collaboration
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and accountability.
- Work closely with sales, product, and business development teams to ensure alignment on growth objectives.
- Coordinate with the content, creative, and social media teams to produce high-converting marketing materials.

New Leads Generated – Number of qualified leads acquired per month.
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) – Total marketing spend divided by the number of new customers.
Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) → Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) Conversion Rate – Percentage of MQLs that turn into SQLs.
Paid Advertising ROI – Return on investment (ROI) from Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
2. Growth & Revenue Impact
Revenue Contribution from Marketing – Percentage of total revenue attributed to marketing-driven initiatives.
Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) – Average revenue generated from each customer over their lifetime.
Marketing-attributed Sales Pipeline Growth – The impact of marketing efforts on sales opportunities and pipeline expansion.
Cost Per Lead (CPL) – The cost incurred to generate a single lead across all marketing channels.
3. Digital & Performance Marketing Effectiveness
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) – Improvement in landing page & campaign conversion rates.
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) – Revenue generated per dollar spent on advertising.
Click-Through Rate (CTR) on Paid & Organic Campaigns – Measures how engaging ads and content are.
Organic Website Traffic Growth – Increase in website visitors from SEO, social media, and content marketing.
SEO Rankings for Key Terms – Percentage improvement in ranking for high-value keywords.
4. Engagement & Brand Awareness Metrics
Social Media Engagement Rate – Interactions (likes, shares, comments) per post across platforms.
Email Open & Click Rates – Effectiveness of email marketing campaigns.
Webinar/ Event Attendance & Engagement – Number of participants and engagement levels in marketing-driven events.
Video Content Performance – Views, engagement, and completion rates of marketing videos.
5. Customer Retention & Loyalty
Customer Retention Rate – Percentage of customers who remain active over time.
Churn Rate – Percentage of customers lost within a given period.
Net Promoter Score (NPS) – Measures customer satisfaction and likelihood of referrals.
Referral & Word-of-Mouth Growth – Number of new customers acquired via referral programs.
6. Automation & Process Optimization
Marketing Funnel Drop-off Analysis – Identifying where leads drop off and optimizing accordingly.
Time-to-Launch for New Campaigns – Speed and efficiency of campaign execution.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Demand Generation, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or B2B.
- Proven experience in scaling marketing campaigns, lead generation, and revenue-driven strategies.
Growth & Performance Marketing:
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and SEM.
- Strong skills in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), A/B testing, and full-funnel marketing.
- Ability to optimize CAC, LTV, ROAS, and other key marketing metrics.
Data-Driven & Automation:
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, and CRM platforms.
- Skilled in marketing automation, lead nurturing, and customer retention strategies.
- Experience with behavior tracking tools (Hotjar, Mixpanel, Crazy Egg, etc.).
Brand Awareness & Engagement:
- Strong content marketing, social media engagement, and influencer partnerships experience.
- Proven success in demand-generation programs, webinars, and educational marketing initiatives.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Experience in leading marketing teams and working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Business Development.
- Strong project management, communication, and storytelling skills.
Market Expansion (Preferred):
- Experience in localizing marketing strategies for new markets (KSA, GCC, etc.).

Cairo-based, with flexibility for travel if required.
