• Creating plans for developing the institution's academic programs and maintaining academic quality standards
• New accreditation in coordination with top management
• Enhancing the process of academic operations, SOP, LMS, reporting system, program delivery
• Enrich the number of degrees by developing extra matching the new business trends and updates
• Interview and select Instructors through conducting demos
• Replying to students' inquiries in coordination with the CS team
• Revise and approve proposed Assignments to ensure quality
• Communicate with Instructors about new policies or provide specific feedback when required
• Recommend further materials/books for students and provide academic guidance if applicable
• Assist the Marketing department with needed academic info and review brochures
• Responsible for data protection. Coordinate with new Instructors on any inquiries, suggestions, or clarification needed for the assignments or module overall
• Approve extension deadline for assignments after validating reasons
• Communicate any new policy to all departments especially CS to be sent to students
• Check with Admission entry requirements and studying details for universities
• Overview daily lecture to ensure all modules are running smoothly and align with Academic quality standards
• Review the Instructor's payment in view hours and content and approve deductions if applicable
• Review application and policy and advise amendments when required
• Review material content to ensure matching with learning outcomes and assignments
• Review the Grading sheet for Instructors and amend through grades reallocation when needed
• Follow up on Instructors grading work progress and decide when to reallocate in case of delay, to ensure submitting grades on time
• Follow up with operation on Materials missing and finalize with Instructors with Deadline
• Follow up on schedules progress and approve providing extra sessions Follow up registrar required files uploading
• Review all reports of the operations team and all reports related to the scope of work to take the required action, and provide comments and feedback for all stakeholders based on business needs and periodically
• Manage and supervise personal tutoring and thesis supervision
• Supervise Instructor's allocation on running modules to achieve diversification and specialization
• Supervise and review process for any coming module (Material availability on Portals/Instructor Bios)
• Check Plagiarism using the available tool when needed
• Continuous evaluation for Instructors and interviewing new to enlarge our faculty members with the best calibers
• Reevaluate the students’ assignments when a certain concern is raised on comments provided
Bachelor's degree in education or business administration or similar field.
