Experience: 9 - 13+ years of proven success in a managerial or senior sales engineering role within the air-outlets, duct components, or broader HVAC industry.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.Industry Expertise: In-depth technical knowledge of air-outlets and duct components, with hands-on experience delivering engineering-based sales solutions.Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets in a results-driven environment.Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, capable of building trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.Professionalism: Fluent in English, both written and spoken; well-presented and confident in high-level meetings and public engagements.Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite to manage client relationships and support strategic sales activities.Leadership Attributes: High-performing individual with a strong work ethic, capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines.Adaptability & Commitment: Flexible and adaptable; willing to travel and attend industry events and client meetings across Egypt and the GCC.
