Marketing Manager

Job Purpose:

The Marketing Manager at Samena Company will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing the overall marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, increase market share, and drive customer engagement across all channels. The role requires creativity, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing within the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Samena’s vision and business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer trends, and competitor activities.
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets effectively.

2. Brand Management

  • Strengthen and position the Samena brand in the Saudi market.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and communication across all channels.
  • Develop brand guidelines and ensure compliance internally and externally.

3. Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns (online & offline).
  • Manage seasonal promotions, product launches, events, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with advertising agencies, designers, and media partners.

4. Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Oversee social media strategy and content planning across all platforms.
  • Manage website content and online presence.
  • Supervise digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media Ads, etc.).

5. Content Creation & Communication

  • Develop marketing content including social media posts, newsletters, brochures, and video content.
  • Lead storytelling and content marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare marketing materials for internal and external use.

6. Events, Activations & PR

  • Organize and manage marketing events, brand activations, exhibitions, and sponsorships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and PR agencies.
  • Handle press releases, interviews, and media coverage.

7. Customer & Market Insights

  • Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and engagement.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, market trends, and customer insights.
  • Use data analytics tools to drive marketing decisions.

Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Master’s Degree or Marketing Certifications (CIM, Digital Marketing) is a plus.Experience:5+ years of experience in Marketing Management, preferably within Saudi Arabia.Experience in lifestyle, retail, fashion industries is an advantage.Knowledge of Saudi consumer behavior and marketing channels.Skills:Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.Creative mindset with excellent content creation abilities.Knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and advertising platforms.Excellent command of both Arabic & English.Strong networking and negotiation skills.
