Sales Engineer

• Identify and target potential clients and projects within the construction sector.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, showcasing products or services.
• Understand customer requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs and project specifications.
• Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and technical documentation in coordination with technical and commercial teams.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients.
• Follow up on ongoing projects and ensure client satisfaction during and after project delivery.
• Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure proper execution.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and new construction technologies.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and build long-term partnerships.
• Achieve sales targets and report on progress to management.
 


• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, or Mechanical preferred).• Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales within the construction or contracting industry.• Strong technical knowledge of construction materials, systems, and market trends.• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and project specifications.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
