Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Perform quality checks at various stages of the production process to identify and address any deviations from quality standards.
• Monitor and maintain sanitation and hygiene standards in production areas to prevent contamination and ensure food safety.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and non-conformities, including customer complaints and internal audit findings, in a timely manner.
• Conduct training sessions for production staff on quality control procedures, hygiene practices, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective actions taken.
Education: bachelor’s degree, science, Agriculture “Food science department”Background : FMCG (Beverage & Bottled Water) is a must with lines control background.
