- Develop, review, and update electrical BIM models (LOD 300-500) in coordination with other trades (MEP/Structural/Architectural).
- Supervise and review the work of junior BIM modelers and engineers.
- Generate coordinated shop drawings and composite drawings from BIM models.
- Review design drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Handle clash detection reports using Navisworks and resolve issues with other disciplines.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure the constructability and accuracy of BIM models and drawings.
- Maintain BIM documentation, naming conventions, and version control in compliance with company standards.
- Assist in quantity take-offs and material submittals based on BIM models.
- Collaborate with the BIM Manager and contribute to the development of BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Participate in technical meetings with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Provide technical support during construction and resolve issues raised from site.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.Minimum 7+ years of experience in electrical design and BIM technical office work.Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP), AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage, and BIM 360.Familiar with international codes and standards (NEC, IEC, etc.).Knowledge of ELV, LV, MV systems, and coordination principles.Excellent technical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.Strong communication and leadership skills.Preferred Qualifications:BIM certification is a plus (Autodesk Certified Professional or equivalent).Familiarity with Dynamo, Python, or other BIM automation tools is an advantage.
