Accounting Clerk

The Accounting Clerk is responsible for supporting the accounting department by performing various clerical tasks including maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and handling other administrative duties. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.


Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred.Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role is preferred.Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) is a plus.Attention to Detail: Strong ability to notice errors and inconsistencies in financial data.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
