Provide mechanical services for site mobilization
Apply the mechanical design drawings and specifications
Coordinate with civil and electrical teams to arrange work execution
Ensure work compliance with safety standards, codes and method of installment
Supervise the mechanical contractors to follow up work progress and ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions and time schedule
Inspect and approve the completion of mechanical works as per design documents
Conceptualize priorities of tasks in coordination with project manager and other parties
Revise and approve payments documents and submit it to MEP technical office for final approvals.
Review, modify and initially approval of As-Built drawings before submitting them to technical office for final approval
- Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering- 4-7 Years of experience- Real estate development and consultancy experience is preferable.- Residential, commercial and office building Mechanical works- Team Work- Communication- Problem Solving- An eye for details- Leadership- Well organize- Familiar with quality management system and quality documents.- General & detailed knowledge about all electrical works- National/international codes, specs and method of installment knowledge- Hard worker- Work under stress ability
