Job Description
We need to appoint a fully qualified reception engineer with the required standards.
- Receiving customers, taking data, and performing basic maintenance.
- Initial vehicle inspection and performing its remnants to confirm faults and complaints.
- Opening a maintenance work card and designing the required work with the customer's approval.
- Following up with other departments of the comparison group and communicating with the customer for approval.
- Determining the date of delivery of the car, communicating with the customer, and following up with the workshop.
- Delivering the car to the customer after he has implemented all the requirements in the repair order
Job RequirementsA degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or a related field.Strong knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance practices.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to perform initial inspections and identify potential vehicle issues accurately.Proficiency in preparing and managing work cards and repair orders.
