- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as an IT Specialist or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and troubleshooting techniques.Experience with networking, firewalls, and cybersecurity principles.Familiarity with cloud computing, virtualization, and data backup solutions.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE).Experience with ERP systems and database management.
