Job Summary:
We seek a skilled Digital Marketer to develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns promoting our company’s events and other services.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising.
As a bilingual professional, you will play a key role in reaching a diverse audience across different language groups.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
· Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), including content creation, posting, and audience engagement.
· Create and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
· Conduct regular SEO audits and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility.
· Analyze and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other tools to track KPIs and suggest improvements.
· Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling marketing materials, including visuals, email templates, and blog posts.
· Develop content strategies for blogs, websites, and social media channels to attract and engage the target audience.
· Manage email marketing campaigns from conception to execution, including segmentation, design, and analysis.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
· Proven experience in SEO, social media marketing, content creation, and online advertising.
· Strong understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
· Knowledge of HTML/CSS and content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Bilingual (Fluent in both English and Arabic. This is an essential requirement.
· Creative, data-driven, and detail-oriented with the ability to think critically and solve problems.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships.
· Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Go High Level, Zoho, etc.).
· Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or other AI design tools
