- Ensure processing of warranty complaints.
- Ensure reports and documentation are prepared.
- Ensure that customer warranty requirements are available and understood.
- Ensure series claims are handled.
- Determine the warranty claims that are valid for others and the invalid ones.
- Direct the workshop to complete the required procedures from the factory to complete the claim.
- Determine priorities of claims submission, follow up on their status and finalize them for customers.
- Cooperate with the reception and the workshop to work on the warranty claims correctly in terms of content and complete all required data.
- Direct the reception and the workshop to the optimum procedures of reporting warranty cases to avoid declining of the claim.
- Update the reception and the workshop with any updates or recommendations announced by any brand regarding warranty procedures.
- Responsible for keeping and archiving all documents related to warranty cases and tolerance rates.
- Responsible for warranty-related spare parts in cooperation with the storekeeper.
- Responsible for following up on warranty cases and any required corrections to address any issues.
- Responsible for responding to any warranty complaints.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant major.Previous experience in same filed not less than 1 year is a must.Strong numerical analysis skills and training required.Solid interpersonal verbal and written communication skills required.Ability to work in a team
