Lead, manage, and mentor the structural BIM team to ensure project delivery in a timely and efficient manner.
Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and other design teams to ensure seamless integration of structural models within the overall project.
Develop and prepare structural BIM models using software such as Revit, Tekla Structures, etc.
Ensure that all structural models meet engineering requirements, project specifications, and international standards.
Implement and enforce BIM standards, procedures, and best practices across the team and projects.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the models.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to address any issues or queries related to structural models.
Prepare technical reports and documentation, providing updates on project progress to senior management.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (7-10) years of experience is required. Experience in Construction Companies Proven experience in BIM modeling and management for structural projects.Strong expertise in BIM software, including Revit, Tekla Structures, and other related tools.Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations related to BIM and structural design.
