- Manage department budgets, resources, and IT infrastructure.

- Oversee exams, coursework, and assessment policies.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, safeguarding, and IT security regulations.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work with school leadership on digital transformation and IT policies.
- Liaise with parents, students, and external bodies to support student success.
- Partner with industry professionals and educational organizations for enrichment opportunities.
