Responsibilities
Vendor Management:
- Identify potential suppliers and vendors.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on criteria such as cost, quality, delivery time, and reliability.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors.
Sourcing and Negotiation:
- Source materials, components, and services required for projects or production.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to ensure favorable agreements.
- Work to achieve cost savings and efficiency in procurement processes.
Purchase Order Management:
- Generate and manage purchase orders.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Resolve any issues related to orders, such as delays or quality concerns.
Cost Analysis:
- Conduct cost analysis to determine the most cost-effective suppliers and materials.
- Track and report cost trends and variations.
Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with quality control and inspection teams to ensure that purchased materials meet required standards.
- Address quality issues with suppliers and implement corrective actions.
- Contract Management:
- Assist in the preparation and management of contracts with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and finance, to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with procurement strategies.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in the procurement function.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering.
- Very good communication and analytical skill.
- Very Good Command in English Language.
- Years of experience: From 3 : 5 years .
